Ian Kiely and the DCI team provide a variety of Drone / UAV supports to government entities and private clients with an emphasis on safety and professionalism. We are licensed by the Irish Aviation Authority and hold special operational permissions for controlled airspace and built environments.
During our time at The Media Cube we have undertaken a variety of large projects, currently we are developing a satellite navigation system for drones to integrate into Air Traffic Management, we are part of a larger consortium and 70% funded by the EU through The Global Satellite Navigation HQ in Prague.
We have been fortunate to have received a number of accolades including, The Irish National Space award and A European Space Award in December 2018 for our innovation and design of an aircraft deployable drone system to help manage wild fires and natural disasters.
