Fiona Uyema
Fiona Uyema is a cookbook author, TV chef and founder of Asian cookery brand Fused By Fiona Uyema. Fiona completed New Frontiers 11 at the Media Cube in 2017. Originally from Tipperary, after living, working and travelling throughout Asia, Fiona has built a life and career around sharing her passion for Asian food and flavours.
Home in Ireland, she began a food blog, as well as running demos and classes. Soon, Fiona’s name became synonymous with Asian cookery in Ireland. She began to appear regularly on TV, radio and in print media, and published first cookbook ‘Japanese Food Made Easy’.
In 2015, inspired by her own time-tested recipes, Fiona launched Fused by Fiona Uyema. Every Fused product, from natural soy sauces to curry pastes and stir fry sauces, is designed to make home cooking simple and delicious. All of the flavour, none of the fuss and zero additives.
The multi-award winning brand now brings natural flavours, exciting variety, and, importantly, smiles to kitchens all across the world.
