Aisling Cullen, the founder and CEO of Thanks Plants is passionate about creating delicious vegan food for people who want to eat less meat or to adopt a vegan lifestyle.
Aisling completed the New Frontiers 17 programme in 2021 and her food business is now based in the SPADE centre in Smithfield. Aisling is now participating in the Food Works programme, which is an accelerator programme for brands with international potential.
Thanks Plants currently offers sausages in three different flavours - Apple & Sage, Sundried Tomato & Herb and The Frankfurter.
Thanks Plants also launched a ‘Festive Roast’ for Christmas in 2020. Encouraged by the success of the roast, Aisling introduced the ‘Everyday Roast’ to give a Sunday Treat to vegans and vegetarians.
Aisling is currently working on developing new products for the range, which will be launched in early 2022.
